In this Customer Service role you will be on the front line of our shops. We pride ourselves on the service and standards we provide our customers. We have enthusiastic colleagues who share our values, are friendly and engaging, and love working alongside a great team.
In this varied role some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating new and exciting betting and gaming products to our customers
- Maintaining the best possible standards throughout the shop and team areas
- Contributing to the unique atmosphere and experience that we love to create for our customers
- Processing bets
- Delivering on KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for opening and closing the shop as Duty Manager
- Supervising other colleagues
- Following cashing-up procedures
