Whilst we're continually pushing boundaries to surprise and delight our customers, despite our best efforts there are times when things go wrong and they'll need our help and support. It could be a simple query about their online account, or a forgotten password or advice on cashing out their bet in shop. What they need right then is reassurance and a quick resolution to their query. In our customer support centres we're here to make sure that when something goes wrong, we put it right, quickly and efficiently. As well as answering queries we also help keep our customers’ accounts and the Company secure. This can range from verifying customers identity through to preventing customer fraud.

We understand customers individual needs and we try to exceed their expectations on every call, even when we take over 34,000 calls on Grand National day!

I joined Coral 4 years and have been working in the Telephone Betting and Customer Service Operation as a Customer Service Advisor and am now a Team Manager.

The environment is energetic, enjoyable as well as fun, fast - paced with great colleagues who work as a team. These qualities in a work place makes me want to support customers with a variety of different queries. I love sports and this Company helps me be a part of the action; I enjoy talking to customers about many different types of sports from around the world. I started with Coral in one of our High Street betting shops then moved into our 'Know Your Customer' Department. I verify and help our customers with their online accounts to add another level of enjoyment to their sports viewing.

The one word I’d use to describe Coral is 'passion' because you meet people who are so passionate about the sports and teams they love and come to talk about it with people they have never met before.
