Whilst we're continually pushing boundaries to surprise and delight our customers, despite our best efforts there are times when things go wrong and they'll need our help and support. It could be a simple query about their online account, or a forgotten password or advice on cashing out their bet in shop. What they need right then is reassurance and a quick resolution to their query. In our customer support centres we're here to make sure that when something goes wrong, we put it right, quickly and efficiently. As well as answering queries we also help keep our customers’ accounts and the Company secure. This can range from verifying customers identity through to preventing customer fraud.
We understand customers individual needs and we try to exceed their expectations on every call, even when we take over 34,000 calls on Grand National day!
